The department of tissue culture is based on the development of procedures for the preparation of double haploid lines. Service orders for the preparation of double haploid lines in barley, wheat and rape seed can be accepted. A price list is available on request.

The department of tissue culture conducts the following routine tasks:

Production of double haploid lines	Barley (Anther culture, Microspore culture) Rye (Anther culture) Wheat (Anther culture, Microspore culture, Wheat-Maize crossing) Triticale (Microspore culture) Rapeseed (Microspore culture)
Embryo-Rescue (in vitro cultivation of the embryo in the grain)	Rye, Triticale, Barley, Wheat,wide -crossings
