Variety type

MARTHE is a new top malting barley variety with significantly more marketable parts than any other existing malting barley variety. MARTHE has a very high quality profile. It is a medium early, consistent variety which is less susceptible to abiotic spotting.

Recommendation

Recommended by the "Berliner Programm" for processing in the brewing and malting industry. The very adaptable variety with a range across all European states is suitable without any exceptions for all soils and climatic regions.
